On Sunday, my cousin, Angel, and her gorgeous daughers met up with us to go horseback riding. We were all so impressed with their horse, Candy. She is so gentle and patient, which was perfect for all of us inexperienced riders.

Kayla was so excited to ride Candy. Angel and Lillian helped her put on her helmet.

Kayla was so nervous once on top of Candy. Her legs were visibly shaking, but she eventually calmed down and even held her wrists correctly.

We were all so proud of the confidence Kayla gained from this experience. We will have to do it again soon.

Kaden is so confident that he was a natural off the bat. After a few minutes on Candy, he was comfortable commanding her to do several things, such as backing up.


Jason and I even got to ride, which was so much fun.

And I was able to cross off number 24 on my list.
